But I needed an upgrade in net minding. Niemi was even more of a sieve for me lol. Dunno why I even signed that guy in the first place. He cost me a lot of games I could've won during the season

ducks i had a feeling you were going to take the final out on Lehtonen It's not the goaltending it's the game. Why spend 8.7mill on goaltender when a 1mill goalie plays the same? The game decides whether or not the goal goes in. Pascal leclaire played the same as lehtonen. My facts are true, goaltending doesn't matter in this game and I'm sticking to it. You had 6 shots after two periods and always seemed to score 3 4 goals on just walk in snipes with any player. This game is so ridiculous that I may take time off until 14.

good goal tending is hard to find. i love rask he playes better than his ratings suggest. Where was he when 7 goals magically went in when I was doing the same thing every game? I bet if subban plays you will get the same turn out if the cards are dealt in your favour.

well we can all agree that on some level EA predetermines who is going to win but subban def plays softer than rask in my experience.
that game rask let in 7 i think was due to me not dominating in hitting and your break away chances. game 5, i was down early and was on a full offensive strategy for most of the game whereas the other games regardless if it was tied or i was winning i had the defend lead and protect net strategy in effect. I had the same situation going with tampa in the eastern conference final too, got completely out shot every game and had to play the max defense due to his teams speed.

Pretty sure I had 40+ shots a game but one and it was like 30+. That's not good defence, that's goaltending/ea favouring.

yeah i got outshot by a considerable amount most of the games, except game 6 when it was 22-19 in shots for you. In the games i was outshot though, i also out hit you along the same lines, 30+ to your 15+. The game you put 7 up against rask i couldnt do anything in that game, i was out hit and out shot. hitting matters just like shots, isnt there some sort of built in intimidation factor?
ill be the first to say, regardless of what happens in the game, anytime someone gets outshot 40-20 the team with 40 shots should win.
in support of your point on EA favoring, game 6 statistically slightly favored you: shots 22-19 ducks hits 20-18 ducks time on attack 6:31 - 5:36 ducks passing 64% - 63% faceoffs 8 - 8 and you had 1 break away
taking that into account i shouldnt have won 4-1 so EA ice tilting has to be a factor as well.
it would be nice to understand what EA weighs into a game to understand and identify competitive advantages. home vs away, shots, hits, goalie attributs, last 10 game record, etc.
